Important Setup Note

Set the correct battery type before use. Keep input-side cables short and use the recommended gauge (or heavier) to minimise voltage drop — long or thin cable runs can cause the charger to cut back its current, especially with smart alternators. An incorrect battery type setting can damage the charger and void the warranty.
