Renogy 72000mAh 266Wh 12V Power Bank

Renogy 72000mAh 266Wh 12V Power Bank

The Renogy 72000mAh Power Bank packs a huge 266Wh of storage into a brick-sized, carry-anywhere unit — reliable off-grid and emergency power for phones, tablets, laptops, portable fridges, drones, GPS units, CPAP machines, and even a Starlink Mini. With 12V/24V DC output, multiple USB ports, wireless charging, a built-in LED light, and BMS protection, it’s an ideal companion for camping, road trips, load shedding, and outages.

CPAP-Ready Backup Power

Popular with CPAP users, this power bank runs many machines for multiple nights on a single charge (runtime depends on your machine and settings). For best results with sensitive devices, use the regulated 12V DC output rather than the unregulated car socket. The 2026 version includes three CPAP cables for ResMed AirMini, AirSense 10 & 11, AirCurve 10, and DreamStation 1 & 2 (not compatible with S9).

Charge Up to 5 Devices at Once

Power five devices simultaneously across USB-C (60W max), USB-A, wireless pad, and DC outputs. The car socket delivers up to 150W for 12V appliances. Note the USB-C (1) and DC port cannot be used at the same time, and the unit isn’t intended for very low-power devices like AirPods or smartwatches.

Four Ways to Recharge

Recharge via USB-C PD, wall outlet, car socket, or a 20–150W solar panel — fully recharging in as little as 3–4 hours via 60W USB-C fast charging. Solar recharging makes it especially practical for extended off-grid trips.

Built for the Outdoors

A multi-mode built-in flashlight, LED battery-level indicators, anti-slip design, and durable construction make it a dependable backup for camping, overlanding, and emergencies. Weighs about 2.8 lb (≈1.27 kg) — compact for its capacity, though heavy by nature.

Important Note
